International Shipping

Serving bike shops, frame builders, and cycling enthusiasts worldwide with a personal touch for 50 years.

How We Handle Overseas Orders

For half a century, our family-run business here in Lincoln has been helping the bicycle trade keep riders on the road. While our regular online system is built for domestic deliveries within the UK, we are always happy to help international customers source the specific parts, tyres, tools, or vintage stock they need.

We know that overseas shipping can be incredibly expensive if it isn't optimized. To keep your costs down, we don't use generalized flat rates that overcharge you. Instead, we work out the shipping costs manually for every single international order. By looking at the exact size and weight of your items, we ensure you pay exactly what it costs us to send it, and not a penny more.

For Regular Trade Accounts: If you run a shop overseas and plan to place regular restock orders with us, we can easily set up a specific shipping rate directly on your account so you can check out automatically in the future.

International Ordering FAQs

Can I complete my checkout directly on the website?

Because shipping weights vary so much from order to order, our standard online checkout is set to accept UK addresses only. If you are based abroad, simply drop us an email with the stock codes and quantities you are looking for, and our team will get a custom shipping quote put together for you.

Is there a minimum order size for international delivery?

Dealing with export documentation and border tracking takes quite a bit of hands-on time for our warehouse team. Because of this, we aren't really able to send tiny, low-value retail orders abroad. However, if you are a trade customer doing a workshop restock, or a collector sourcing a unique set of parts, we are always glad to help.

How are customs fees and import duties handled?

We ship all overseas orders on a standard DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that while we handle the transit to your door, any local import duties, customs fees, or regional taxes applied by your home country will need to be settled by you when the package arrives.

Can I arrange my own courier or freight forwarder?

Yes, absolutely. If you already have an account with a specific international courier or use a consolidation service in the UK, just let us know. We will get your order safely packed up, give you the dimensions, and let you know when it is ready for collection from our loading bay.
